Blue Air (0B) seat maps

Blue Air is a Romanian low-cost arline, with operating basis in three airports, Bacău International Airport, Cluj International Airport, and Turin Airport. Although the company was founded in 2004, its income, fleet size, and seat map are good for present days and can compete with similar characteristics of other companies. Its fleet size includes 23 planes that fly to 57 destinations. Blue Air has a hub in Henri Coandă International Airport. The number of people working wor Blue Air is more than 1,100. Blue Air became a full member of the International Air Transport Association (IATA) on 19 January 2016.

Blue Air allows for free online check-in, except of Lisbon, Tel Aviv and Constanta airports. In these locations, free offline service is available. Online check-in starts 24h and ends 3h before the departure. Offline service starts 2h before the departure and closes 40 min before the departure.

Baggage

Free small luggage weight is up to 10kg, with dimensions of 40cm x 30cm x 20cm. Paid cabin luggage dimensions can't exceed 55cm x 40cm x 20cm, and weight is up to 10kg. Check-in luggage can be 23kg or 32 kg, with dimensions of up to 100 cm x 80 cm x 30 cm.

Unaccompanied minors

Children aged 6-14 (except of Romanian nationality) are permitted to travel as unaccomponied minors. If parents or guardians prefer, the child aged 14-18 can also travel as an unaccompanied minor. For Romanians, it is permitted for teenagers of 14-18 years old for international routes and for kids of 6-12 years old for internal routes. The unaccompanied minor can check-in only at the airport and the service is free of charge. The minor must be present at the check-in desk at least 90 (ninety) minutes before departure, accompanied by an adult. The necessary documents are a power of attorney empowering the minor to travel in the care of a representative of the air carrier and the declaration to be filled in at the check-in counter. For any other enquiries regarding travel documents, you need to contact the authorities of the minor`s country of residence.

Infants

All the infants aged up to two years old don't have their own seat and need to be placed on their accompany's lap, fastened with a special seatbelt. For the infant only one piece of checked-in baggage of 23 kg or a stroller (of one or more pieces) is accepted.

Pets

Blue Air can transport small sized animals, cats and dogs, of up to 6kg including the IATA certified cage of 45 x 30 x 23 cm maximum (in the cabin) and medium sized pets up to 32kg (cage + pet-> in the plane’s haul). For accepting a pet, assure they have: a microchip implanted under the skin, a health card, a passport issued by the vet, and an up-to-date rabies shot.
