Registration can be done online (via the website or mobile app) or at the airport. Check-in desks open three hours before departure and close 60 minutes before departure. Online check-in is available from 15 days to 2 hours before departure for flights operated by Albawings. Passengers who have not been assigned a seat can only check in between 24 and 2 hours before departure.

On all flights of the Airline each Passenger may carry only one piece of hand baggage not larger than 55 x 40 x 20 cm, including handle and wheels, and not more than 10 kg. When choosing our Value or Flex fare, the carriage of checked baggage is included in the price. Therefore, if you want to check in your baggage, you can choose from 20 kg, 30 kg, 40 kg and 50 kg.

Children over the age of six can travel alone. A minors' escort service is required for children 6-14 years old. For children over 14 years old, a minors' escort service is not compulsory and can be ordered on the request of parents.

Infants are defined as children under two years of age. Infants may fly without a seat on the airplane. The infant must sit on the lap of an accompanying adult. If you wish you can buy a seat for an infant at the infant fare. Children over two years of age must have their own seat on the plane. If one adult is traveling with two infants, one seat must be purchased for one infant and the other may be held on the lap.

Albawings accepts two pets on each flight. Small dogs, cats, and ferrets can travel in the cabin if the combined weight of the pet and carrier does not exceed 10 kg. Each passenger is permitted to travel with one carrier. Five small animals of the same species can travel in the same carrier if the combined weight of all of the animals is less than 8 kg. For pets traveling in the cabin, carriers must not exceed the dimensions of 46 cm x 31 cm x 25 cm.
