Passengers traveling with Fly Khiva should arrive at least 3 hours before international flights and 2 hours before domestic flights with all required travel documents. Check-in and baggage acceptance close 60 minutes before departure for international flights and 30 minutes before departure for domestic flights.

Fly Khiva passengers may carry one piece of hand luggage weighing up to 10 kg, with total dimensions not exceeding 118 cm (55 × 40 × 23 cm). Checked baggage is chargeable and depends on the fare: allowances include one piece up to 23 kg, one piece up to 32 kg, or two pieces each up to 32 kg, with each checked bag not exceeding 158 cm in total dimensions (length + width + height).

Fly Khiva permits unaccompanied travel for children aged 6 to 16 years on direct scheduled flights only, subject to prior airline approval. Children under 6 are not accepted unless accompanied by an adult, while passengers over 16 may travel alone. A written application, declaration of responsibility, and parental consent must be completed at departure, and the child must be met at the destination. UM travel is limited to two children per flight and must be booked at 100% of the normal adult fare, with no discounts applied.

Fly Khiva allows one infant under 2 years of age to travel with an accompanying adult without a separate seat, provided the infant has a valid ticket issued under the airline’s approved fares.
