You can check in Silver Airways online (via the website or mobile app) or at the airport. Online check-in begins 24 hours before departure and ends 60 minutes before departure. Check-in desks open three hours before departure and close 60 minutes before departure.

Carry On items should measure no more than 22cm x 35cm x 55cm, including handles and wheels. Silver Airways will accept checked baggage with a maximum weight of 23 kg per bag and a maximum outside dimension of 157 cm per bag in exchange for any applicable service charge.

Children over the age of five can travel alone. A minors' escort Silver Airways service is compulsory for children 5-14 years old. For children over 14 years old, the minors' escort service is not compulsory and can be booked at parents' request.

Children under two years are not required to have their own seat. You must, however, inform Silver Airways (and Seaborne Airlines) that you will be traveling with an infant on your lap. Lap children may only be held by passengers who are at least 18 years of age. If one adult travels with more than one infant under two years of age, a seat must be purchased for each additional infant.

Silver Airways welcomes domestic cats, dogs, and household birds to fly in the cabin. The maximum number of animal containers per aircraft is 10, so you should contact the Reservations Team. Only one pet is permitted to travel in each carrier, except that two kittens, two puppies under ten weeks of age, or two household birds can travel together in 1 container. For pets traveling in the cabin, carriers should be no larger than 43 cm x 40 cm x 22 cm. Silver Airways does not allow pets to travel in the hold.
