Check-In must be only at airport 02 hours prior flight departure. Once checked by Atsa staff in Counter you will receive your boarding pass. You must be at least 60 minutes before flight departure at gate.

The weight allowed as hand luggage is 05 kg., whose measurements must be 40 cm long, 36 cm wide and 20 cm height as maximum and the quantity of 01 piece. The weight allowed as checked baggage is 23 kg and the quantity of 01 piece for Plus Fare. Excess baggage is not allowed.The weight allowed as checked baggage is 15 kg and the quantity of 01 piece for Flex Fare. Excess baggage is not allowed. Does not include hold luggage for Basic Fare. Minor between 07 and 15 years less one day, traveling alone. Porting required: Notarial (original) Permit, copy of ID and UM format. It cannot occupy and emergency seat. The service must be requested and informed with a minimum of 48 hours in advance of the flight and must be confirmed for acceptance, otherwise its acceptance is conditional due to the limitation of this service per flight. Maximum allowed: 02 minors per flight

Infants (age under two years) do not occupy a seat. Infant less than 10 days old must travel with a medical certificate. One infant per adult will be allowed, who must be legally responsible for the minor (over 18 or parents) and psychologically stable. The number of infants allowed per aircraft may vary due to the capacity of the equipment operating and due to safety reasons.
