The airline's two A320 aircraft are configured in a two class layout, offering a dedicated business class product in addition to standard economy class. Check in rules
Bassaka Air Limited allow passengers can do a web check-in before 24 hrs of departure. All domestic flights must have checked in at least 60 minutes before departure. At all airports, boarding ends 25 minutes before takeoff. Bassaka Air Limited requires all passengers to be present at the boarding gate by the time announced or specified at the time of check-in. Customers should be at Check-in at least 2 hours before their flight is due to depart, as per Bassaka Air Limited's recommendation.
Baggage
Carry-on baggage allowance: passengers are permitted one peice of carry-on luggage weighing no more than 7kg. No liquids over 100ml are pemitted in hand luggage. Checked baggage allowance: for Business Class passengers, the maximum weight limit is 30kg. For Economy passengers the maximum weight limit is 20kg.
Unaccompanied minors
The airline does not provide an escort service for minors.
Infants
Infants are defined as children under two years of age. Children under the age of 8 years are not accepted on board. Infants may travel free of charge as long as they do not occupy a separate seat. If necessary, a separate seat can be purchased for an infant at the child fare.
