Aero was founded in 2019 and is headquartered in Van Nuys, California. It operates a fleet of small regional jets with modified luxurious interiors, offering a business jet like experience. Baggage

The Select fare includes two checked bags up to 50 lbs each and one personal item up to 20 lbs (max 13 × 13 × 10 in; no wheeled bags). Lap infants may bring two baby items (e.g., stroller, car seat, travel cot), stored in the hold; if the child has their own seat, a car seat may also be brought onboard (ERJ-135 only). The Latitude fare includes one checked bag up to 50 lbs, one small checked bag up to 20 lbs (max 22 × 14 × 9 in), and one personal item up to 20 lbs (13 × 13 × 10 in). Lap infants receive the same Latitude baggage allowance, which must be arranged in advance with Aero.

Unaccompanied minors

Aero accepts unaccompanied minors aged 5–15 years with prior approval and required documentation. Arrangements must be confirmed at booking and no later than 48 hours before departure by contacting Aero. Minors must carry valid ID, completed handling forms, and any required parental consent. A parent or guardian must remain at the airport 30 minutes after departure. Passengers 16 and older may travel alone without additional paperwork.

Infants

Children under 2 years of age may travel on an adult’s lap free of charge, but the infant must be added to the reservation in advance by notifying Aero. A separate seat will not be assigned unless an additional ticket is purchased, and the infant must remain on the accompanying adult’s lap for the entire flight. Children aged 2 years and older require their own purchased seat.

Pets

Aero welcomes trained service dogs on all flights free of charge; therapy or emotional support animals do not qualify. Guests must submit the required U.S. DT form in advance to Aero. Service animals must remain on the floor and not block the aisle. Animals that do not qualify as service animals may travel under Aero’s pet policy please check the link.
