Registration can be done online (via the website or mobile app) or at the airport. Check-in desks open three hours before departure and close 60 minutes before departure. Online check-in is at least two hours before departure time for charter flights and three hours before departure time for scheduled flights (flights to/from Algeria and Morocco). Check-in counters/luggage registration closes 60 minutes before scheduled departure time. If you are late, you won’t be able to board.

Baggage

ASL Airlines France permits passengers to carry one piece of baggage. The baggage can weigh a maximum of 10kg. Furthermore, passengers can carry a personal item with a maximum 30 x 20 x 20cm dimension. Infants (0-2 years old) can carry one piece of carry-on baggage with a maximum of 3kg weight. Unaccompanied minors

Children over the age of five can travel alone. For children 5-11 years old, a minors' escort service is compulsory. For children over the age of 12 years old the minors' escort service is not compulsory and can be booked on request of parents.

Infants

Infants are defined as children under two years of age. Infants may fly on the lap of an accompanying adult. Only one infant is permitted per adult passenger (16 years of age or older). Therefore, traveling with two infants requires two adult passengers.

Pets

Small dogs and cats are welcome in the cabin if the combined weight of the pet and carrier does not exceed 9 kg. Larger pets who exceed the restrictions for travel in the cabin can be transported in the cargo hold instead. For pets traveling in the cabin, carriers must not exceed the combined dimensions of 124 cm.
