Baggage

Baggage with dimensions not exceeding 115 cm in the sum of three dimensions (length×width×height: 55×40×20 cm) and its weight not exceeding 10 kg for economy class passengers and 15 kg for business class passengers may be carried as hand baggage. Checked-in baggage should be no more than 23 kg and with maximum dimensions of 203 cm (sum of all dimensions).

Unaccompanied minors

Children over the age of six can travel alone. A minors' escort service is compulsory for children 6-16 years old. Unaccompanied minors can only be transported to airports where the airline/service company has a representative. Transportation of unaccompanied children is performed only on direct flights of the airline, to the first point of landing. Transportation of unaccompanied children is performed only in the cabin of economy class service and is paid at the rate of 100% of the relevant standard fare.

Infants

An adult passenger on the aircraft has the right to carry one child under two years old free of charge in the domestic carriage or for 10% of the adult fare in the international carriage without providing a separate seat with the compulsory issue of an air ticket. Other following children under two years old and children aged from 2 to 12 years are carried at children's tariff.

Pets

Animals are accepted for transportation as cargo only if standards are met. Livestock is accepted for transportation upon presentation by the Shipper of documents stipulated by international treaties of the Russian Federation, regulatory legal acts of the Russian Federation, and the legislation of the country to, from, or through the territory of which the shipment is intended. The Carrier has the right to refuse transportation of live animals if it cannot ensure compliance with the legislation of the Russian Federation and other countries.
