Aero Dili was founded in 2017 and started operations using Cessna light aircraft on domestic routes. In 2023, Aero Dili acquired its first jet, an Airbus A320 and started international services. Aero Dili is based in Dili, East Timor. It is the island nation's only airline and is privately owned. More A320s are expected to join the fleet, expanding the island's connectivity to more cities.
