EcoJet is a small Bolivian regional airline based at Cochabamba's Jorge Wilstermann International Airport. The airline was established in 2013 and operates a fleet of Avro RJ85 and RJ100 aircraft. These aircraft have been especially equipped to facilitate operations at high altitude airports of La Paz and Potosi.

Baggage

Ecojet SA informs you that the amount of baggage you may take free of charge is indicated on your ticket or on your "passenger receipt". The airline offers a baggage allowance of 1 piece up to 15 kg. Maximum dimensions: 95 cm height; 75 cm width and 43 cm depth, suitable for all baggage items. The Ecojet SA offers minors from 2 to 12 years old the possibility of transporting up to 10 kg of luggage. For infants aged from 0 to 2 years, no baggage will be accepted.

Unaccompanied minors

The airline provides an escort service for minors. This service is available on all routes for passengers aged 5 to 12 years and is not obligatory for passengers aged 13 to 16 years. Reservations and requests for service must be made at least 24 hours before the minor's departure and return.

Infants

Children under two years of age are considered infants and may travel for free, provided they do not occupy a separate seat. A seat for an infant may be purchased if desired.

Pets

Only pets, such as pet dogs and cats, are allowed, provided they meet the legal and documentary restrictions, they can be accepted as hand luggage for carriage in the passenger cabin. Pets must be in cages or special containers provided by the passenger. Only one guide dog per flight is permitted, and it may be carried free of charge in the passenger cabin.
