Onur Air Web check-in and boarding pass allows web check-in 24 hours before departure. Onur Air Web check-in and boarding pass' rules and guidelines can be varied by the airport & country. Boarding closes at the following times for Onur Air flights: 15 minutes before scheduled departure time for US domestic Onur Air flights; 30 minutes before scheduled departure time for most international Onur Air flights to/from the US. Some non-US airports close boarding 60 minutes before scheduled departure time.

The Onur Air Airline hand luggage allowance permitted onboard consists of one piece of baggage, such as a laptop, handbag or baby bag, weighing up to 3kg, to reduce contact between passengers during boarding. However, passengers are permitted to bring another 8kg cabin baggage measuring a maximum of 25cm x 45cm x 56cm free of charge, which must be checked in before the flight. Checked-in baggage allowance depends on the chosen fare. For Basic Package - up to 15 kg (on domestic flights), for Basic Package - up to 20 kg (on international flights); for Standard Package - up to 20 kg (on domestic flights), to 25 kg (on international flights); for Premium Flex Package - up to 25 kg (on domestic flights), to 30 kg (on international flights).

The airline does not provide an escort service for minors.

Infants are defined as children under two years of age. To travel on an Onur Air flight, infants must be at least 8 days old. Infants may fly on the lap of an accompanying adult at a 90% discount off the adult fare. If one adult is traveling with two infants, one seat must be purchased for one infant and the other may be held on the lap.

The airline does not currently transport pets.
