Air Tindi recommends arriving at the airport early to prepare baggage and complete check-in. Check-in opens 90 minutes before departure and closes 45 minutes prior. Guests should be in the terminal 30 minutes before departure, with boarding commencing 15 minutes before the scheduled time. Advanced check-in can be arranged with passenger service agents upon arrival.

Baggage

For carry-on, a small purse, medication, cell phone, tablet, or laptop are allowed and must be stowed in the seat back for takeoff and landing. On Dash7 aircraft, two carry-on items with a combined size of 9”x16”x22” and up to 25 lbs are accepted. Checked baggage allowance is 50 lbs per reservation; excess weight is subject to space availability and additional charges. Valuables and medication should be carried on your person, not in checked baggage.

Prior to traveling with a pet, please reach out to Air Tindi's cargo team to discuss transportation. A minimum of 24 hours notification is required before planned transport. Shipment of live animals will be subject to additional freight charges.
