Baggage
In Economy Class, passengers are allowed one piece up to 7 kg, with total dimensions not exceeding 115 cm (56 × 36 × 23 cm). Business Class passengers may carry two pieces with a combined weight of up to 14 kg, with dimensions up to 45 inches (22 × 14 × 9 inches). Checked baggage is included by fare: Economy Class includes one piece up to 23 kg, while Business Class includes two pieces of 23 kg each, with each checked bag not exceeding 158 cm in total dimensions.

The Unaccompanied Minor service can be booked via Sun PhuQuoc Airways’ Customer Service Hotline (19001599) or through ticket offices and authorized agents. Children aged 4–6 years may travel unaccompanied in Economy Class only, with the UM service compulsory and limited to two passengers per flight. For children aged 6–12 years, the UM service is compulsory, while cabin crew accompaniment is optional. Children aged 2–4 years are not accepted for unaccompanied travel.

Sun PhuQuoc Airways accepts infants from 14 days old up to under 2 years of age. Infants must travel with an accompanying adult and sit on the adult’s lap without a separate seat, although an additional seat may be purchased for comfort. Each adult may travel with only one infant; traveling with more than one infant requires booking and paying for an accompanying attendant service. The accompanying adult must be 18 years or older.
