FlyArystan is the low cost subsidiary of Air Astana of Kazakhstan. It was established in 2019 and flew under Air Astana flight numbers until 2024 when it received its own Air Operator's Certificate. The airline uses a fleet of Airbus A320 family aircraft for its network. Check in rules
FlyArystan allows passengers to select seats and check in either via their website or at the airport. Airport check-in closes 40 minutes before departure as per regulations set by the Republic of Kazakhstan, and it incurs a fee, whereas online check-in is free. For international flights, boarding passes must be obtained at the check-in desk at the airport after verifying the necessary entry documents.

FlyArystan permits one piece of hand baggage per passenger, with dimensions not exceeding 56x23x36 cm and a weight limit of 5 kg. For those needing more, a 'Hand baggage 10kg service' is available for purchase in advance, allowing one piece of hand baggage up to 10 kg. Checked baggage arrangements must be made online at least 2 hours before domestic flights and 3 hours prior to international flights.

FlyArystan offers a service for unaccompanied minors aged 6 to 15 years for domestic and international flights. This service is not available for flights departing between 23:00 and 06:00. Requests for unaccompanied minor service must be submitted at least 24 hours before departure, and confirmation from FlyArystan is required before purchase.

Infants under 2 years old can fly on the lap of an accompanying adult without a separate seat but require a separate ticket for safety reasons. FlyArystan limits the number of infants per flight due to the limited number of emergency rescue equipment available onboard. Each adult is allowed to carry only one infant, and seating arrangements are such that only one infant is allowed per row on each side of the aisle.

FlyArystan accommodates small pets such as cats, dogs, turtles, and tortoises weighing up to 8 kg in the cabin under certain conditions. Pets over 8 kg must travel in the cargo hold. Specific seating restrictions apply to passengers traveling with pets, such as prohibitions against sitting in the first and emergency exit rows. From January 1, 2024, FlyArystan will require an Acceptance Checklist in compliance with IATA regulations.
