BermudAir is a newly established airline headquartered in Hamilton, Bermuda. They received their local air operators certificate and permission to serve the US in 2023. Services start in the second half of the same year. The airline has sourced used Embraer E175 for its operations. These will be refitted with a 30 seat executive interior in the future. Until then the airline will only sell the aisle seats giving each passenger a free window seat. BermudAir will serve several East Coast destinations in North America from Bermuda's L.F. Wade International Airport.

Check in rules
Online check-in is available 24 hours before BermudAir departure and closes 60 minutes prior. Check in via our website or mobile app. Boarding priority starts with passengers needing assistance, followed by Founders Club Members, then all others. We're integrating with the U.S. TSA's Known Traveler Program for expedited security.

BermudAir's baggage policy allows passengers one wheelie bag and a personal bag. Carry-on dimensions shouldn't exceed 16”W x 24”H x 10”D (40 x 60 x 25cm). If carry-ons don't fit under the seat, they'll be checked at no extra charge and retrieved plane-side upon arrival. Checked bags, included in the fare, must be under 70lbs (32kg) and 62” (158cm) in total dimensions. The quantity varies by fare type. Additional bags, up to 70lbs (32kg), cost $100 each, subject to space. For heavy and oversized items, the limit remains 62” (158cm) and 70lbs (32kg). Airport personnel will handle unique situations at their discretion.

BermudAir prioritizes the safety and comfort of all its passengers, especially the younger ones. We permit children who are 14 years or older to embark on journeys alone on our flights. However, for those under the age of 14, it's mandatory to have a companion who is at least 18 years old. This policy ensures that our young travelers have a secure and pleasant experience while flying with us. Parents and guardians can rest assured knowing their children are in safe hands with BermudAir.
Unaccompanied minors in BermudAirInfants
BermudAir permits lap children. Infants must be at least 7 days old to fly. Between 8 days and 2 years, they should be secured with a provided seatbelt during the flight. For guests with children under 5, BermudAir allows two child equipment items free of charge: a stroller and/or car seat or booster, and a travel cot. These items are stored in the hold. Any extra equipment incurs a $100 fee per item, depending on space availability. Such items should be checked planeside and collected after disembarking.

BermudAir welcomes small dogs and cats in the cabin, provided they have the necessary documentation. Pets must be in an approved carrier, adhering to our carry-on size limits of 18" x 11" x 11" (45 x 28 x 28 cm). A fee of $95 is charged per flight ($190 for round-trips). Passengers with pets cannot occupy bulkhead seats or those near emergency exits due to stowing restrictions. To ensure comfort and safety, we have a cap of 4 pets per flight.
