Eurowings Europe (E6) seat map listing

Eurowings Europe is a low-cost subsidiary of Lufthansa operating under the Eurowings brand. It was originally founded in Austria in 2016 and had its aircraft based in Vienna. It has since expanded into Prag and Pristina among other airports and its headquarters were moved to Malta in 2022. The fleet is made-up of Airbus A319 and A320 aircraft.

Check in rules

Check if your booked fare includes free check-in at an airport counter. For Eurowings flights, you can check in online from 72 hours before departure. After check-in, subsequent bookings or booking changes are only possible at the airport counter.

Unaccompanied minors

Eurowings offers an unaccompanied minor service (UM service) for children aged from five up to and including 11 on domestic direct flights and direct flights from Germany to Zurich or Vienna. For teenagers between 12 and 17 years travelling alone, the availability of the unaccompanied minor service is optional on request.

Infants

For infants under the age of two travelling on their parents' laps, a fixed service fee will be charged for each leg of the journey, amounting to €25 / £21/ CHF 27 / $30 / CZK 638 / SEK 253 / NOK 254 / DKK 186 / PLN 113 / HUF 8,799 per leg on short and medium-haul flights operated by Eurowings (EW flight number).

Pets

Eurowings only transports small dogs and cats (up to 8 kg) and only in the cabin. We only offer this service on short and medium-haul flights. Animals are not transported on long-haul flights. In addition, the EU regulation on the veterinary requirements for the carriage of pets, which came into force on 1 October 2004, must be observed.
