The first aircraft to join the fleet is a second hand ATR 72-500 seating 72 passengers. FlyJaya wants to bridge the immense archipelago of Indonesia, connecting the nation's many islands and cities efficiently and reliably. The airline's base of operations is at. Check in rules
FlyJaya offers online check-in from 48 hours up to 2 hours before flight departure via its website. Passengers without checked baggage may proceed directly to the gate with their e-boarding pass, while those with checked bags must visit the check-in counter. Web check-in is not available for international flights, special assistance passengers, unaccompanied minors, group bookings over 9 people, or passengers without confirmed e-tickets. Airport check-in counters open 2 hours before departure and close 30 minutes before.

FlyJaya passengers are allowed 10 kg of free checked baggage per person as part of a promotional offer. Checked bags must not exceed 32 kg in weight or 120 x 50 x 50 cm in size; otherwise, they must be repacked or shipped as cargo. Each passenger may also carry one cabin bag (max 7 kg, 30 x 35 x 20 cm) and one small personal item (e.g., laptop bag, small handbag, or shopping bag). Baby strollers and wheelchairs are not permitted in the cabin due to limited space on ATR 72-500 aircraft. Excess baggage is subject to additional charges.

FlyJaya offers Unaccompanied Minor (UM) service for children aged 6 to under 12 traveling without an adult. This service ensures the child’s safety and comfort throughout the journey. UM service is limited to 10% of the aircraft's capacity, and is only available to children in normal physical and mental health. FlyJaya does not accept UM requests for children aged 12 and above.
