Fuzhou Airlines is a full service Chinese carrier that started operations in 2014. It is based at Fuzhou Changle International Airport. The airline is a subsidiary of Hainan Airlines and operates a fleet with the same interior layout. The airline relies solely on the Boeing B737 for its operations employing both the NG and MAX versions of the type. Fuzhou Airlines serves domestic as well as international destinations.

Online check-in is not only simple, convenient and fast, but also shortens your time waiting for check-in at the airport. You can enter your ticket number and contact mobile phone number, select your seat and then go through the check-in procedures. After you arrive at the airport, go to the airport manual counter in advance to print your paper boarding pass. Baggage

Fuzhou Airlines' baggage policy requires checked baggage to be well-packed, locked, and able to withstand normal handling, with each item as a single package and no additional items attached. For domestic flights, checked baggage cannot exceed 50 kg in weight and 40 × 60 × 100 cm in size, while for international flights, the limit is 32 kg and a total dimension of 203 cm. Unchecked (carry-on) baggage must fit under the seat or in the overhead bin, with varying allowances based on class and flight type, generally not exceeding 10 kg and dimensions of 115 cm in total. Compliance with the latest Fuzhou Airlines regulations is required.

Unaccompanied minors

The Unaccompanied Minor (UM) service by Fuzhou Airlines is for children aged 5 to under 12 years traveling without an adult. It excludes children under 5, sick or disabled children under 12, and is not available for tickets not issued or authorized by Fuzhou Airlines. The service is also not provided for connecting flights, including those with other airlines, and code-share flights. To avail of the service, the "Unaccompanied Minors" service must be requested and "Special Passenger Service Request Form Category B" filled out at least 60 minutes before departure, and it's advised to stay at the airport until the flight departs.

Infants

Infant passengers on flights are defined as babies aged from 14 days to under 2 years. Each adult can accompany up to 2 infants or 3 children under 5, including one infant. Additional infants beyond one per adult must have child tickets. Infants are not entitled to a separate seat unless a child ticket is purchased and they use an approved infant restraint device (maximum size 40.5 cm width × 60 cm length × 100 cm height). The booking class for infants must match the adult's, and they should check in together. Infants less than 14 days old, premature infants less than 90 days old, and those traveling without baby restraints are advised to consider alternative travel methods. Check-in requires valid documents such as a birth certificate or ID card, and special services can be requested using the "Special Passenger Service Request Form Type A" 120 minutes before departure.

Pets

Fujian Airlines permits disabled passengers to bring service dogs into the cabin. Passengers with service dogs must apply for boarding 48 hours in advance and check in 2 hours before departure. Required documents include an animal quarantine certificate, training certificate, work permit or ID card, and vaccination certificate. For emotional support dogs, a clearance document from a mental health professional, not older than one year, is needed. Service dogs and their containers are transported free of charge.
