Passenger check-in begins 2 hours before departure and ends 40 minutes before scheduled departure.

Passengers are allowed to take on board hand luggage with a maximum size of 55 x 40 x 20 cm, weighing up to 6 kg. The maximum weight of checked baggage is 20 kg, up to 158 cm (sum of all dimensions).

Children over the age of five can travel alone. A minors' escort service is compulsory for children 5-12 years old. For children over 12 years old, the minors' escort service is not compulsory and can be booked at the parents' request.

Children under two years of age are considered infants. Infants do not need a separate seat. They may travel on the lap of an accompanying adult. One adult may travel with two infants. In this case you need to buy one seat for one infant, and the other can be on the adult's lap.

The airline allows pets in the cabin. A carrier with an animal may not be larger than 8 kg. Carriage of animals in the cargo compartment is not allowed.
