EquinoxAir (HN*) seat maps

The airline was established in 2020 as EquinoxAir but brands itself as Equair. The airline took over some of the routes of TAME after it closed down and operates with a fleet of 2 B737-700. It is headquartered in Quito and has operations at Guayaquil, Baltra island and San Cristobal island. The airline manages its own frequent flyer program: Cacao Miles.

Baggage

EquAir carry-on baggage allowance: the maximum weight of hand luggage is 10 Kilos; the maximum dimensions should be: 55 cm x 35 cm x 25 cm. EquAir checked baggage allowance maximum weight: 23 kilos; maximum measurements: 158 linear centimeters equivalent to the sum of the external dimensions (height + length + width).

Unaccompanied minors

The airline provides an escort service for minors. It is compulsory for children up to 12 years old. If you wish, you can request an escort service for children aged 12-17 years old.

Infants

Infants are defined as children under two years of age. An infant may travel free of charge, provided that it does not occupy a seat, but is in the arms of an accompanying adult. If you wish, you can purchase a seat for the infant.

Pets

Pets can travel with you on most of our routes, if you previously reserve your space with airline Call Center. You can request this service when booking your flight or at least 4 hours before the departure of your flight (subject to availability). Pet must be at least 8 weeks old. Transport Bag (Soft): measurements - 40 cm long X 33 cm wide X 23 cm high; weight (between pet and container) - 10 kg / 15 lbs. Transport cage / Kennel (Hard): measures - 36 cm long X 33 cm wide X 19 cm high; weight (between pet and container) - 10 kg.
