It operates an extensive network of regional domestic routes within Kazakhstan with around 25 destinations in total. They operate a single type fleet of Q400 turboprop aircraft in various configurations. The airline prides itself for having the youngest fleet in Kazakhstan.

Vietjet Qazaqstan Carry-on Baggage Allowance: the maximum weight of hand luggage is 7kg; the maximum dimension does not exceed 56 x36 x 23cm. SkyBoss fares allow up to 10KG with same dimensions. Vietjet Qazaqstan Checked Baggage Allowance: the maximum checked baggage weight is 23kg with combined dimensions not exceeding 158cm. SkyBoss fares allow for two bags.

Children aged 6 to 15 years (inclusive) may travel unaccompanied by an adult passenger on our airline provided a special accompanying service has been registered. Accompanying services can be arranged for children under 18 years of age at the parents' request.

One adult passenger is allowed to carry only one carrier bag with no more than two animals of the same litter. The weight with the bag should not exceed 5 kg, the dimensions of the cage should not exceed 29x43x26 cm. A maximum of 2 pets are allowed on board. Carriage of pets in the luggage compartment is not allowed.
