Check in rules
Passengers can check in for a Jambojet flight 30 hours before departure. Online check-in closes 90 minutes before departure. All passengers except infants or those requiring special assistance are eligible for online check-in. For domestic flights, the Jambojet check-in counter opens 2 hours before departure and closes 40 minutes before departure. For international flights, check-in opens 2 hours and 30 minutes before departure and closes one hour before departure.

The baggage allowance for Jambojet passengers is one item of carry-on baggage. The baggage must weigh at most 10kg / 22 lbs and fit within 55cm x 35cm x 25cm / 21in x 13in x 9in. There is no free checked baggage allowance for Jambojet flights. Passengers flying on Jambojet can purchase up to two checked bags. The weight and size restrictions on these bags will depend on your fee. The different weight classes are: 0 - 20kg (0-45lbs), 21- 26kg (46-58lbs), 27 - 32kg (59-70lbs)

This Unaccompanied Minor Service may be requested for children who are between 15 and 17 years old (both ages included). Children below 5 years of age will not be accepted as unaccompanied minors.
Unaccompanied minors in JambojetInfants
You can travel with a child on your lap (for an additional fee) or reserve a separate seat (only possible by calling our call center). If you book a separate seat, you will have to pay the same fare as an adult. Each adult (age 16 and over) may travel with a maximum of two infants but only one on their lap. A seat must be reserved for the second child. Newborns cannot travel in a sealed cabin until seven days after birth. The birth must have taken place without complications. Incubators for premature babies are not allowed.
