Jonair's check-in opens 45 minutes before departure at most airports, with Arlanda opening 1 hour and 45 minutes prior. Check-in closes 30 minutes before departure, with Arlanda closing 50 minutes prior. Travelers should arrive early to avoid losing their spot to a waitlisted passenger. Passengers must wait at the gate at least 30 minutes before departure for escort to the aircraft.

The ticket price for Jonair includes up to 20 kg of luggage, including hand luggage. Hand luggage should not exceed 5 kg and must fit on the floor next to the seat. Checked luggage must not exceed a combined size of 158 cm (length + width + height) and 20 kg including hand luggage.

To book a ticket through Jonair portal, passengers must be at least 18 years old. Children aged 5-12 traveling alone cannot book tickets through the portal and must be accompanied by an adult traveler.

Infants under 2 years of age travel free when accompanied by an adult in Jonair. Only one infant per adult is allowed, with a maximum of one child per flight. Infants receive their own seat belt attached to the adult's belt and must be held during takeoff and landing. For pressure equalization, nasal drops can be given to the child half an hour before departure.

To bring a pet into the Jonair cabin, permission must be requested in advance by calling Jonair at +46 (0)90-12 12 40 or emailing support@jonair.se. Pet transport is subject to space availability and consideration of other passengers' allergies. The pet's cage must be secure against leakage, not exceeding 45x35x20 cm, and the combined weight of the pet and cage must not exceed 8 kg.
