The check-in counter at the airport starts 3 to 2.5 hours before departure and closes one hour before the scheduled departure time.

Passengers are allowed to carry-on baggage within the dimension of 22 x 14 x 9 inches or the total dimensions not exceeding 45 inches (including wheels, pockets). All passengers are also allowed one personal item onboard the aircraft, as long as they are 16 x 12 x 4 inch or does not exceed 32 inches in total dimension. For Economy Class - one piece of carry-on baggage that does not exceed 7 kg is allowed for economy passengers, and checked baggage up to 20kg. For Business Class - two pieces of carry-on baggage that do not exceed 10 kg each are allowed for business passengers and checked baggage up to 45kg.

Children over the age of five can travel alone. Minor escort service is mandatory for children ages 5-12. UM service is not available for bookings that involve a transfer/stopover exceeding 3 hours of connecting time or if the connecting flight does not leave from the same airport. Children ages 12-18 are not required to travel as unaccompanied minors, but the service is optional for this age group as well.

The airline accepts infants over seven days old and under two years old, but they must be accompanied by a parent, legal guardian, or other adults over 18 years old in the same cabin. Each passenger may travel with a maximum of 2 infants. One of the infants must occupy a seat with a child ticket and use a car seat during the flight.

Pets such as dogs, cats, and rabbits can be carried as checked baggage in the luggage compartment. Pregnant animals and animals under ten weeks of age are not accepted for carriage. The airline will accept for carriage in the passenger cabin only service animals if it is allowed by the local legislation of the point of destination at no extra charge.
