Check in rules

National Airlines advises passengers to check in at their counters, which open 3 hours before departure and close 1 hour prior. Currently, the airline doesn't offer online check-in. Passengers should aim to arrive at the airport with ample time, ensuring they can navigate security and be at their departure gate at least 30 minutes before the flight's scheduled departure. While some airlines offer curbside check-in, National Airlines does not provide this service at any airport; passengers must check in at the ticket counter.

Baggage

National Airlines has clear guidelines for baggage. For carry-on baggage, passengers are permitted one item, weighing up to 35 lbs and not exceeding 45" in linear dimensions, plus one personal item. These must fit either under the seat or in the overhead bin. When it comes to checked baggage, passengers can bring one piece free of charge, while National Premium passengers are allowed two. Additional baggage incurs a fee: the second bag in Economy costs between $20-$30 USD, and the third or fourth bags range from $50-$75 USD each, with prices varying based on pre-check-in or at-the-airport payments. Overweight or oversized bags have a fee of $75 USD. The size limitation for checked baggage is 62 linear inches, and the maximum weight for an "overweight" bag is set at 100 pounds (45.45 kgs).

National Airlines offers pet-friendly cabins, allowing passengers to bring their cat or small dog onboard.
