Check-in can be done online (via the website or mobile app) or at the airport. Online registration begins 24 hours before departure and closes 60 minutes before departure. Check-in desks open three hours before departure and close 60 minutes before departure.

Passengers are entitled to carry one piece of carry-on baggage free of charge, weighing no more than 5 kg. Since there are no luggage compartments in the planes that are used, this luggage must fit under the seat on the plane. The amount of free checked baggage that passengers are allowed depends on the route on which passengers are flying. For example, on domestic flights, one piece of baggage is allowed 23 kg, on flights to Malawi one piece of baggage is allowed 30 kg, and on flights to South Africa two pieces of baggage of 23 kg are allowed.

Children over the age of five can travel alone. A minors' escort service is compulsory for children 5-11 years old. For children over 12, minor escort service is not mandatory and can be booked at the parents' request. There is no additional charge for unaccompanied minors, and they still receive a 25% discount for children.

Children under two years of age are considered infants. Infants younger than seven days old are not allowed on the flight. Infants do not need a separate seat. They may travel on the lap of an accompanying adult. For example, one adult may travel with two infants. In this case, you need to buy one seat for one infant, and the other can be on the adult's lap.
