The airline allows one piece of hand baggage and one personal item (wallet, briefcase, laptop bag) per passenger free of charge. A hand baggage item, including handles and wheels, may not exceed 115 centimeters (55 x 38 x 22 cm). Personal items may not exceed 90 centimeters (43 x 25 x 22 cm). One piece of luggage is allowed on domestic flights, and two pieces on international flights. Maximum dimensions: 157 centimeters (length + width + height). Maximum weight: 23 kg.

Unaccompanied minors

Children over the age of five can travel alone. A minors' accompanying service is compulsory for children 5-11 years old. For children over 12 years old, the minors' accompanying service is not compulsory and can be booked at the parents' request. To fly alone, children must travel on an adult fare.

Infants are defined as children under two years of age. Infants may fly without a seat on the plane or on the lap of an accompanying adult. If you wish, you can buy a seat for an infant at the infant fare. Children over two years of age must have their seats on the plane. If one adult travels with two infants, one seat must be purchased for one infant, and the other may be held on the lap.

Pets may not travel in the cabin with their owners. Pets may be transported as checked baggage. For pets carried in checked baggage, the carrier's dimensions must not exceed 30 cm x 46 cm x 40 cm. Pets flying to the UK are accepted only as cargo, not as checked baggage.
