Online check-in is available from 24 hours to 3 hours before departure and allows passengers to select seats for a fee. Passengers must arrive at the airport early. A boarding pass must be presented (printed or digital), and late arrival after check-in closes may result in denied boarding.

Passengers on domestic Sky FRU flights are allowed 15 kg of checked baggage and 5 kg of hand luggage, with the allowances calculated separately (not combined). Excess baggage is charged at 150 soms per kg.

Children aged 6–18 years may travel unaccompanied with written consent from parents or guardians and a completed Sky FRU airline form. Unaccompanied minors must hold confirmed tickets for all flight segments and are supervised by airline staff from departure to arrival, where they are handed over to the designated guardian. Travel is charged at 100% of the adult fare, with no additional escort fee.

Sky Fru Airlines allows children under 5 years to travel without a separate seat (on domestic flights), with one such child carried free of charge. Additional children under 5 and children aged 5–12 years must have their own seat and receive a 30% discount, while an optional seat for an infant can be purchased at 70% of the adult fare.
