Canarias Airlines is a subsidiary of Binter Canarias of the Canary Islands, Spain. The airline was set-up as a lower cost subsidiary to operate flights for the parent company Binter Canarias. The carrier was established in 2011 and has its headquarters in Santa Cruz de Tenerife. The fleet currently consists of ATR 72-600 aircraft configured in a single class 72 seat layout. All flights are carried out exclusively for Binter Canarias and cover regional destinations in and around the Canary Islands.
