For international flights to Bogota, Economy Class allows 1 suitcase of 23 kg and 8 kg hand luggage, while Premium Class permits 2 suitcases of 23 kg or 1 suitcase of 32 kg plus 8 kg hand luggage. For Panama and Santo Domingo, Economy Class allows 2 suitcases of 23 kg or 1 suitcase of 32 kg plus 8 kg hand luggage, and Premium Class allows 3 suitcases of 23 kg or 2 suitcases of 30 kg plus 8 kg hand luggage. On domestic routes, Economy Class permits 1 suitcase of 23 kg plus 8 kg hand luggage, and Premium Class allows 2 suitcases of 23 kg or 1 suitcase of 32 kg plus 8 kg hand luggage.

Turpial Airlines Baggage rules

Turpial Airlines requires unaccompanied minors (UM) traveling internationally or domestically to present a valid passport, birth certificate, and an authorization signed by both parents. Minors are limited to six per flight and may not travel with pets, excess baggage, or items they cannot manage. Service must be requested 48 hours in advance and is free on domestic routes but incurs charges on international flights. Upon arrival to the destination, the receiving person must provide valid identification to accept custody of the minor. Overnight and connecting flights are not permitted for UMs.

Unaccompanied minors in Turpial Airlines

Infants, defined as children up to 2 years of age, must travel under the custody of a responsible adult at Turpial Airlines. Infants typically travel on the adult's lap with a secured safety belt and require an air transport ticket, even if no fare is charged. If a seat is needed for the infant, the ticket must be purchased. Turpial Airlines accommodates up to 10 infants per flight. Turpial Airlines Infants policy

Turpial Airlines accepts pets on domestic and international flights. Pets must travel in kennels appropriate for their size and be accompanied by valid required documents. Arrangements must be made 72 hours before the flight. Animals exceeding 30 kg (with the container) will not be accepted. Guide dogs travel free of charge, while emotional support pets are allowed at 50% of the pet fee, limited to two emotional support pets and one guide dog per flight.
