Check-in opens at least 2 hours before departure for short- and medium-haul flights and closes 45 minutes before scheduled departure.

Baggage allowance depends on the route and the tour operator, from which the passenger is booking the flight. Checked-in baggage allowance on airline flights is one suitcase/luggage weighing 23 kg, but no more than 32 kg. Cabin baggage is carried in the passenger cabin under the passenger's responsibility and must meet the following conditions: maximum weight 10 kg, maximum dimensions: 55 x 40 x 20 cm.

A child between seven days old and two years old is considered an infant and may travel on a parent's lap. Each adult passenger (over 18 years of age) may only carry one infant on their lap, subject to applicable fees. However, if there is a second infant, an additional seat at full price must be purchased.

Pets are allowed to be transported in the cabin of an airline if their weight together with the carrier does not exceed 8 kg. Each passenger is allowed to take one carrier in the cabin. The size of the carrier for pets traveling in the cabin may not exceed 55cm x 40cm x 20cm. Therefore, the maximum weight of pets that can be carried in the luggage compartment is 50 kg.
