Online registration is not available at this time. Instead, passengers must check in at the airport. The check-in desk opens 2 hours before the scheduled departure time and closes 40 minutes before departure.

Cabin baggage is free of charge for passengers if its maximum weight does not exceed 6 kg. Only one piece of hand baggage per passenger is allowed on board. Adults and children are entitled to free check-in baggage up to 20 kg. Infants (0-2 years old) are allowed a free checked baggage allowance of up to 10 kg.

The airline provides an escort service for minors in exceptional cases. For more information, please contact the sales department. Children between the ages of five and eleven may travel unaccompanied only with the consent of the airline.

Infants are defined as children under two years of age. Infants may fly without a seat on the plane, on the lap of an accompanying adult. If you wish, you can buy a seat for an infant at the infant fare. Children over two years of age must have their own seat on the plane. If one adult is traveling with two infants, one seat must be purchased for one infant, and the other may be held on the lap.

Animals weighing up to 6 kg, including the kennel, may be carried in the cabin. The kennel must not be larger than hand luggage (55x40x20 cm). The animal must remain in the kennel during the entire flight. An additional fee is charged for the carriage of the animal.
