Registration options: automatic check-in, web check-in, mobile check-in, kiosk (totem) check-in. Online check-in begins 48 hours before departure and ends 40 minutes before departure. For domestic flights, the kiosk (totem) check-in is open 24 to 1 hour before departure; international flights are open 24 to 2 hours before departure. Check-in counters open two hours before departure and close 40 minutes before departure.

In the baggage compartment, the sum of your baggage's three dimensions (L+D+H) may not exceed 158 cm, including pockets, wheels, and handles, for a maximum total weight of 20 kg. In addition, the size of your hand luggage must be no more than 45cm X 40cm X 20cm with a maximum total weight of 5 kg.

Minors from 5 to 11 years old may be accepted to fly provided they meet the following Amaszonas requirements: an adult person accompany the minor to the departure airport and carry out the necessary procedures for boarding, and wait until the aircraft takes off. That the adult take care of the minor and be present at the arrival airport at the scheduled time of the flight landing, identifying the Company staff to receive the minor.

Babies from 0 to 2 years old (1 year, 11 months and 29 days) will have a 90% discount on national and international Amaszonas routes on the adult rate and do not occupy a seat. If you want your baby to take a seat you must pay the child rate (2 to 12) and carry a special CDR seat
