Each Cebu Pacific Air passenger is allowed one carry-on bag with a maximum weight of seven kilograms and dimensions of up to 56 cm x 36 cm x 23 cm in the cabin. This includes most wheeled bags and backpacks. Hand luggage must fit on the Cebu Pacific Air luggage rack and be stowed independently. The maximum weight of each piece of checked baggage is 32 kg. Any excess baggage in terms of a number of pieces, weight, and size (baggage exceeding 39 inches) is subject to the applicable excess baggage fee.

Cebu Pacific provides services to accompany these children from their point of departure to their final destination. Travel in the Philippines is available for unaccompanied minors between the ages of seven and 12. The airline does not accept children under the age of seven for in-country transportation unless accompanied by a person at least 15 years of age. International travel is available for unaccompanied minors between 12 and 15. The airline does not accept children under the age of 12 for international travel unless they are accompanied by a person at least 18 years old.

Infants are defined as children from eight days old to two years old. The Cebu Pacific airline does not allow children less than eight days old to fly. Children under two years do not need a separate seat, but a minimum flight fee is charged for the flight. A child under two years of age may travel free of charge if the infant is on another passenger's lap during the flight. Only one infant per adult is allowed per lap. If one adult travels with more than one infant under two years of age, a separate seat must be purchased for each additional infant.
