Holiday Europe was founded in 2019 with its head office in Sofia, Bulgaria. Holliday Europe was created as a Bulgarian charter airline. The company ceased operations in December 2020, but in October 2021 company's AOC was revoked. Now Holiday Europe has three aircrafts Airbus A321-200 and operates charter flights out of several European airports to leisure destinations in the Mediterranean, the Canary Islands, Egypt, and UAE.

The airline does not currently offer online check-in for any of its flights. Check-in times at the airport vary depending on the point of arrival, but check-in desks generally close 40 minutes before the scheduled departure of the flight.

Baggage

Passengers are allowed free carry-on baggage with a maximum weight of 8 kg. The dimensions of this luggage may not exceed 25 cm x 45 cm x 56 cm. Checked-in baggage allowance will depend on the flight itinerary. As a rule, on flights with a longer travel time a larger free checked baggage allowance is provided.

The airline does not provide an escort service for minors.

Infants

Infants are defined as children under two years of age. Infants may fly without a seat on the airplane. Infants must be on the lap of the accompanying adult. If one adult is traveling with two infants, one seat must be purchased for one infant and the other may be held on the lap.
