Check in rules

Check-in desks open three hours before departure and close 60 minutes before departure.You can check online 24 hours before departure and print your boarding pass. You go to fly.corendon.com (Internet check-in) and follow the indicated steps. The system will ask you for a confirmation number. You can also print out a boarding card. If you are departing from Schiphol, just leave your suitcases at the drop-off points. At other airports, you go to the check-in desk.

Baggage

Corendon Airlines allows its passengers to bring one piece of hand baggage in the cabin as long as it weighs no more than 7 kg, and its dimensions do not exceed 55 x 35 x 25 cm. Passengers traveling on flights to/from Germany are entitled to a free baggage allowance depending on the fare purchased: Eco fare – no free baggage allowance; Flex fare – 20 kg; Premium fare – 30 kg.

Unaccompanied minors

On Corendon Dutch Airlines flights, unaccompanied children aged less than 6 years cannot be accepted for travel. Children between 6 and 12 years of age may be accepted for travel unaccompanied provided that the Unaccompanied Minor service has been requested.

Infants

Children under two years of age are considered infants. Infants younger than seven days old are not allowed on the flight. Infants up to 2 years of age are allowed to be seated on an adult’s lap (one infant per adult).

Pets

The reservation of Fido's spot on board must be made at least one week before your departure date. Corendon Dutch Airlines welcomes small pets to travel in the cabin on a number of their flights if the combined weight of the pet and carrier does not exceed 7 kg. Pets heavier than 7 kg will be transported as checked baggage in the ventilated hold instead. In addition, carriers must not exceed the limits of 55 cm x 35 cm x 25 cm for pets traveling in the cabin.
