Condor is a major German leisure airline that was founded in 1955. The company's ownership composition has changed several times over the decades. Since 2021, the airline is majority owned by Attestor Capital. Condor has its main base at Frankfurt Airport but also operates regularly out of many other German airports. With a fleet of around 50 aircraft, the airline serves well over 60 destinations in Europe, North America, Africa and Asia. In 2022, the airline introduced its striking new livery and began its fleet transition to an all Airbus fleet with brand new A330-900 neos as their flagship long haul aircraft.

You can check in at the airport or online. At the airport, check-in counters open two hours before departure and close 40 minutes before departure. Online check-in begins: long-haul flights - available 24 hours to 60 minutes before departure, short-haul and mid-haul flights - available from 24 hours to 45 minutes before departure .

The external dimensions of each piece of baggage may not exceed 158 cm (length + width + height). The weight of checked baggage may not exceed 32 kg per piece of baggage. This rule applies regardless of the free baggage allowance. Strollers, pushchairs/bags, cribs, and baby car seats are carried in the cargo area at no extra charge.

Children ages five and older may travel alone on Condor flights. Children aged 5-16 traveling alone must be checked in at the airline's Service Center. Depending on age, a minor's escort service is mandatory or optional. All children traveling with an unaccompanied minor will be allowed to fly in both Economy and Business Class.

Infants under two years of age are not entitled to a separate seat. If an infant reaches two years of age before the return flight or on the day of return, booking as a fully-paid child (2-11 years) with a seat is mandatory for safety reasons. The airline provides baby supplies, such as bottles, baby food, and diapers, to parents upon request and subject to availability

Cats and dogs are allowed in the cabin or the luggage compartment. For travel in the cabin, the size of the carrier (ventilated and waterproof, lockable and compliant with IATA Live Animal Regulations) cannot exceed the maximum dimensions of hand luggage: length 55 cm, width 40 cm, height 20 cm. A carry-on bag with an animal may weigh no more than 8 kg. Maximum dimensions for your pet's carry-on baggage are 80 cm long x 55 cm wide x 100 cm high. It is not possible to transport pets on connecting flights.
