Baggage

The price of your ticket includes two free carry-on bags. The weight of the larger of the two must not exceed 7 kg. This bag must fit in the storage compartment in the cabin. The smaller of the two must not exceed 40 cm x 15 cm x 20 cm and must fit under the seat in front of you. Checked-in luggage up to 32 kg can be purchased separately.

Unaccompanied minors

Children over the age of five can travel alone. Accompanied minors are required. Unaccompanied minors must travel at the adult fare.

Infants

Children under two years of age are considered infants. Infants need a ticket to travel on a FlySafair flight, even if they will be sitting on an adult's lap. Tickets for infants are 15% of the net adult fare.

Pets

The airline does not allow the carriage of animals. All service dogs (guide dog, assistance dog) are carried free of charge, provided that the dog travels with the owner and the passenger is fully dependent on the animal.
