Online check-in is available for all flights operated by HiSky. Airport check-in begins in 2 hours and ends 40 minutes before departure. Some airports may open check-in three or more hours before departure.

Passengers receive a piece of 8kg / 18lbs carry-on baggage on HiSky flights. The item must not exceed the dimensions of 40cm x 30cm x 20cm. Checked baggage allowance varies depending on the tickets purchased. Basic: Checked baggage must not exceed 8kg and the size of a sum of 115cm. Class: Checked baggage must not exceed 10kg and the size of a sum of 115cm. Premium: Checked baggage must not exceed 20kg and the size of a sum of 158cm. Premium Plus: Checked baggage must not exceed 20kg and the size of a sum of 158cm.

Children over the age of five can travel alone. A minors' escort service is compulsory for children 5-12 years old. For children over 12 years old, the minors' escort service is not compulsory and can be booked on the request of parents.

Infants under two years of age may travel either in a special child seat or on an adult's lap. For safety reasons, there is a limit of one infant per adult and one infant per row of three seats. Children under seven days old are not allowed on the flight.

Small cats or dogs are allowed in the passenger cabin. The weight of the carrier, together with the animal, must not exceed 8 kg and the size of 115 cm (sum of all measurements). Animals older than seven months are accepted for carriage.
