Registration can be done online (via the website or mobile app) or at the airport. Check-in desks open two hours before departure and close 30 minutes before departure. Online check-in begins 24 hours before departure and ends four hours before departure.

Passengers can take on board hand luggage with a maximum size of 55 cm x 40 m x 25 cm, weighing up to 10 kg. The maximum weight per piece of luggage is 32 kg with maximum dimensions of 81 x 119 x 119 cm (L x W x H). Prepaid luggage is now available in certain packages starting from 5 kg, 10 kg, 15 kg, and 20 kg

Children over the age of five can travel alone. A minors' escort service is compulsory for children 5-11 years old. For children over 12 years old, the minors' escort service is not compulsory and can be booked at the parents' request. The maximum number of unaccompanied minors is 10 percent of capacity.

Infants are defined as children under two years of age. The maximum number of infants on board is 10 percent of capacity. During peak season only, the maximum number of infants on board is 15 percent of seat capacity. For infants under three months old an application form is required
