Registration can be done online (via the website or mobile app) or at the airport. Check-in desks open three hours before departure and close 60 minutes before departure. Online check-in begins 24 hours before departure and ends five hours before departure.

IrAero Check-in rules

Baggage allowance depends on the selected fare. Light: 1 piece of hand baggage 10 kg for SSJ-100, CRJ-200, A-319; 1 piece of hand baggage 5 kg and one piece of baggage 15 kg for An-24, An-26; hand baggage up to 115 cm in a total of 3 dimensions 55*40*20. Standard and Optimal+: 1 piece of hand baggage 10 kg for SSJ-100, CRJ-200, A-319 and one piece of baggage 20 kg, one piece of hand baggage 5 kg and one piece of baggage 15 kg for An-24, An-26; hand baggage up to 115 cm in the sum of three dimensions 55*40*20 and the size of baggage up to 203 cm in the sum of three dimensions and not exceeding 100 cm on any side.

IrAero Baggage rules

Children over the age of five can travel alone. A minors' accompanying service is compulsory for children 5-12 years old. For children over 12 years old, the minors' escort service is not compulsory and can be booked on the request of parents.

Unaccompanied minors in IrAero

One adult passenger (adult) may carry one child under two years of age (without a separate seat) on domestic flights free of charge and on international flights - at a discount of 90% of the adult fare. A passenger may reserve a separate seat for an infant, in which case the ticket is issued as for a child under 12 years of age.

IrAero Infants policy

Small pets can travel in the cabin if the combined weight of the pet and carrier does not exceed 8 kg. For pets traveling in the cabin, carriers must not exceed 30 cm x 50 cm x 50 cm. Animals weighing up to 50 kg can also travel as checked baggage in the hold.
