Baggage

Hand baggage may not exceed the dimensions of 56 cm (length), 45 cm (width), 25 cm (depth) (the sum of the three dimensions may not exceed 115 cm, and the maximum weight must be less than 5 kg for Economy class and 7 kg for HOMA class. Each passenger is allowed only one piece of unchecked luggage.

Infants

For babies up to 2 years (Infant) ticket, with prices, 10% without the right to reserve seats and for children 2 to 12 years old (Child) tickets with prices 50 percent on domestic flights and 75 percent on international flights with the right to reserve seats should be be purchased. According to flight safety regulations, passengers can only carry a baby on his/her feet. Therefore, purchasing an additional seat for the second child is necessary. Pets

Pets are not permitted to travel in the cabin with Iran Air. However, pets can travel as checked baggage on a number of flights with Iran Air. Passengers transporting their pets as checked baggage are charged an excess baggage fee.
