Registration can be done online (via the website or mobile application) or at the airport. For most Chongqing Airlines flights, airport check-in closes 30 minutes before departure. However, at some airports, check-in closes 45 minutes before departure. Online check-in is available from 2 p.m. the day before departure and one hour before the scheduled departure on all Chongqing Airlines flights.

All passengers are entitled to one carry-on bag that does not weigh more than 5 kg, and the sum of length, width, and height are less than or equal to 115 cm. On domestic flights, passengers are allowed 30 kg in business class and 20 kg in economy class. On international flights, passengers are allowed three pieces of baggage, 23 kg each in Business Class, and two pieces of baggage, 23 kg each in Economy Class. Any baggage exceeding the checked baggage allowance will be charged per kg.

Unaccompanied minors in Chongqing Airlines

Children under two years of age are considered infants. Infants younger than seven days old are not allowed on the flight. Infants do not need a separate seat. They may travel on the lap of an accompanying adult. For example, one adult may travel with two infants. In this case, you need to buy one seat for one infant, and the other can be on the adult's lap.
