Check-in desks open two hours before scheduled departure time and two days before online/mobile check-in. Check-in desks close 30 minutes for domestic flights or one hour for international flights before the scheduled departure time for all classes of passengers. Flights from Sukarno-Hatta Int'l Apt. Check-in and baggage drop-off will be closed 45 minutes before departure time for domestic flights and one hour before departure time for international flights.

Citilink Check-in rules

The free checked baggage allowance is 20 kg. Anything over 20 kg will be charged at the rate. The airline will not accept individual items weighing more than 32 kg and with overall dimensions greater than 81 cm in height, 119 cm in width and 119 cm in depth. Passengers in economy class (except infants) are allowed up to 7 kg of hand baggage with dimensions of 56 cm x 36 cm x 23 cm (for A-320 flights) and 41 cm x 34 cm x 17 cm (for ATR flights).

Citilink Baggage rules

Children over the age of seven are allowed to travel on their own, as long as an accompanying minors service is ordered. The cost of the service is extra and is not included in the price of the passenger's ticket. The service works only on domestic flights. Unaccompanied minors are not accepted on connecting flights.

Infants are defined as children under the age of two years. Children under 14 days of age are not allowed. Infants may travel without a separate seat on the plane. Children older than two years of age must have their own seat. At the parents' discretion, an infant may purchase a seat at the child fare.
