Aeroregional is an Ecuadorian airline founded in 2018. It is based at Quito's Mariscal Sucre international Airport. The airline's current license is for unscheduled domestic and international passenger services. As such, the airline has positioned itself as the premier national provider of charter services with its fleet of classic B737 aircraft. Services reach as far as Mexico to the North and Argentina to the South.

Check in rules

Online check-in is available for passengers 24 hours before departure. You can also check in at the airport. Check-in desks open 2 hours before departure.

Baggage

Passengers can take 10 kg of hand baggage and 23 kg of checked baggage free of charge. The dimensions of your hand luggage may not exceed 50 cm in length, 37 cm in width and 23 cm in height.

Unaccompanied minors

The airline allows minors to travel alone. A minor is a child under the age of 17 years and 11 months. Accompanying service is compulsory.

Infants

Children under two years of age are considered infants and may travel for free, provided they do not occupy a separate seat. If necessary, a separate seat can be purchased for an infant at the child fare.

Pets

Only cats and dogs are allowed on board. They must be transported in a container appropriate to the size of the animal. If the animal travels in the cabin, it must be in a soft container. The maximum allowed weight is 8 kg with the kennel.
