Check-in for Utair flights domestic flights starts 2 hours before the flight departure, and check-in at Vnukovo Airport and Domodedovo Airport opens 12 hours before the departure time. Check-in at Paveletsky Railway Station opens 24 hours before the flight and closes 25 minutes before the departure of the latest shuttle. International flight check-in opens 3 hrs and closes 40 min before the flight.

Baggage

Carry-on should not exceed 115 centimeters (56x36x23 cm), including handles and wheels. Personal items should not exceed 90 linear centimeters (43x25x22cm). Utair’s (UT) standard checked baggage / hold luggage policy details follow: Economy Class – 1 bag and Business Class – 2 bags; no greater than 203 cm (length + width + height); maximum weight: 23 kilograms – Economy and 32 kilograms Business.

Unaccompanied minors

In exceptional cases, children aged 5 to 12 years old traveling without parents (or adoptive parents) or one of the passengers (aged 18 or over) may travel unaccompanied if the parents or adoptive parents apply and if the Carrier agrees.

Infants

Infants are considered to be children under two years of age. Infants may fly without a seat on the plane, on the lap of an accompanying adult. If you prefer, you can buy a seat for an infant at the infant fare. Infants over the age of two must have their own seat on the plane. If one adult is flying with two infants, one seat must be bought for one infant, and the other may be kept on the lap.

Pets

Small cats and dogs can travel in the cabin with their owners if the combined weight of the pet and carrier does not exceed 10 kg Pets who exceed the 10 kg weight limit to travel in the cabin may be transported as checked baggage instead. For pets traveling in the cabin, carriers must not exceed the combined dimensions of 115 cm. For pets traveling in the hold, carriers must not exceed the dimensions of 203 cm.
