Jetstar Asia Airways' Web Check-in allows you to check in 1-48 hours before your flight departs on domestic flights and 2-48 hours on international flights.

Each passenger can carry one bag and one personal item such as a purse or briefcase. Maximum Dimensions of Carry-on Luggage: 114 cm (length + width + height). The maximum Combined Weight of Carry-on and Personal items is 10 kg. The maximum Combined Weight of Carry-on and Personal items is 7 kg. No checked baggage allowance is included. You can purchase a 15kg, 20kg, 25kg, 30kg, 35kg, or 40kg baggage allowance.

Infants

Infants (babies under two years of age) do not require a seat when traveling on the lap of the accompanying adult. Infants cannot travel for 48 hours after delivery on any Jetstar flight. Infants less than seven days old (between 3 and 7 days after delivery) cannot travel on Jetstar (JQ), Jetstar Asia (3K), and Jetstar Japan (GK). When traveling with two infants, purchasing a seat for the second infant is necessary.
