Check-in opens 2 hours before the scheduled departure time and closes 45 minutes before the scheduled departure time.

Passengers are allowed to take on board hand luggage with a maximum size of 55 cm x 40 m x 25 cm and weighing up to 8 kg. The maximum weight of checked baggage is 20 kg, size - up to 158 cm (sum of all dimensions).

Children over the age of five can travel alone. A minors' escort service is required for children, 5-12 years old. For children over the age of 12 years old, minor escort service is not available.

Infants are defined as children under two years of age who must be accompanied by a parent or responsible adult who has custody of the infant. Infants are only accepted for transportation if they are more than two weeks old. Only one infant may be transported per adult. Under no circumstances may crew members or other unauthorized passengers be expected to carry additional infants. No space is required for infants unless specifically reserved and paid for so the infant can travel in an infant car seat.

No more than two animals (including guide dogs) may be transported in the cabin with their owners, provided that none of the passengers are allergic to animals. Animals may not exceed 8 kg, including the weight of the cage per animal. The animal must be kept in a box no larger than 53x40x38 cm.
