Travelcoup Airlines offers a streamlined online check-in process accessible via computer, tablet, or smartphone on travelcoup.com. This convenient service is available 24 hours before flight departure. Passengers must complete their check-in 30-45 minutes before departure at the designated General Aviation Terminal. It is important to note that arrival after the 30-minute check-in closure time will result in denial of boarding.

Passengers on Travelcoup Airlines can check in two bags, each with a maximum weight of 25kg. During the booking process, an additional checked bag of the same weight can be purchased for a fee. Carry-on luggage must not exceed 10kg and must fit under the seat with dimensions 20cm height x 38cm width x 45cm depth). For additional convenience, an extra bag of up to 25kg and a golf bag can be included for a fee and free of charge, respectively, during the booking process.

Travelcoup Airlines does not provide escort or supervision services for unaccompanied minors. The airline will not assume responsibility for any consequences arising due to the absence of an escort or supervision.

Travelcoup Airlines prioritizes the safety and well-being of its youngest passengers. Newborns up to 96 hours old are not permitted onboard to protect their health, and those up to 14 days old require a medical certificate. Infants under 2 years must travel with an adult, who, if not the parent, must provide written consent. Children aged 2 to 5 must be accompanied by someone over 18, with written consent from a legal guardian if the adult is not the guardian. Travelcoup Airlines confirms carriage rights upon receipt of this documentation.

Travelcoup welcomes assistance dogs on board at no extra charge with proper evidence provided before departure. For other well-trained dogs up to 8kg, an in-cabin transportation fee applies and must be added during the booking process, with a limit of two pets per flight. Travelcoup requires a completed pet liability form at check-in for each flight segment. Pet owners must ensure their dogs have a valid EU pet passport, anti-rabies vaccination, and are chipped, with an age of at least 4 months, ensuring they can manage the journey without relief.
